2. SERVICES AND WARRANTIES

2.2. The Website allows You to upload your Steam inventory to find out which Skins can be sold.
2.3. You can select any Skin that can be sold in accordance with paragraph 5.1 from Your Steam inventory to complete a transaction.
2.4. For transaction security, when executing a transaction with CS:GO Skins, You will receive in return a small Skin in Your inventory. See paragraph 11.3 for more details.
3. PRINCIPLES
3.1. LIS-SKINS.COM has no intention to support immoral interests; therefore strict rules have been set forth.
3.2. LIS-SKINS.COM's services are only available for persons over the age of 18
4. USER AND USER ACCOUNT
4.1. By registering on LIS-SKINS.COM and by accepting these Terms, the User hereby expressly consents to the supply of services from this Website during the withdrawal period and the User expressly acknowledges that he/she is expressly losing his/her right to any withdrawal/cancellation right as regards the supply of said services. The above express consent is acquired in accordance with the Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EC) as of 25 October 2011.
4.2. By registering on LIS-SKINS.COM and by accepting these Terms, Users agree to indemnify, pay the costs of defence and hold harmless LIS-SKINS.COM, its officers, directors, affiliates, attorneys, shareholders, managers, Users, agents and employees from any and all claims, losses, liabilities or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by third parties arising out of or related to their conduct, statements or actions, as well as breach of any term, condition or promise contained herein and unlawful conduct in the framework of these Terms.
4.3. In case of User's unlawful conduct or breach of the present Agreement, LIS-SKINS.COM may indefinitely terminate, without notice, User's account and/or anything associated with it, if We believe that a User does not or did not meet the requirement(s) stated herein.
4.4. LIS-SKINS.COM shall not be held responsible for any possible loss as a result of such termination nor for any credit compensation or refund. LIS-SKINS.COM shall be entitled to suspend relevant User's account(s) and Users from the use of the Website and/or terminate unilaterally User's account(s) with immediate effect on its sole discretion. Also LIS-SKINS.COM has the right to correct your internal balance if you received it from the sale of incorrectly priced items or use other vulnerabilities of the site.
4.5. The present agreement shall be effective as from the date when You enters LIS-SKINS.COM and/or the User registers on LIS-SKINS.COM with Steam account and accepts these Terms and shall remain in force until duly terminated by either party in full compliance with the terms and conditions expressly set forth herein.
4.6. Description of registration process
4.6.1. To enter the Website You must log in to your Steam account. If you do not have a Steam account, in order to use our Website, create an account in Steam and continue registration.
4.6.2. You should use only Your personal Steam account.
4.6.3. When registering, we collect a limited list of data about you in accordance with Our Privacy Policy
4.7. Account deleting
4.7.1. The Users have the option to unsubscribe at any time from LIS-SKINS.COM services.
4.7.2. Since We do not create an Account for You, but use Your Steam Account to identify You as Our User, You can stop using the Website in one of the following ways:
4.7.2.1. Delete your Steam Account in Steam.
4.7.2.2. Ask Us to delete Your personal data and forget Your Steam Account.
4.7.2.3. Stop using the Website. We will delete Your personal data after the expiration of the mandatory storage period stipulated by the Privacy Policy.
5. FEES AND TRANSACTIONS
5.1. For a successful transaction, the User must select a Skin available for implementation. Such a Skin will be visible in the "inventory" window in Your Account.
5.2. Available Skins. We accept items from games: CS: GO and Dota 2, worth more than 20 RUB according to the Steam market. An exception! - Rare items that are not possible to evaluate automatically. The price of such items may be set by the Website support team..
5.3. The item price is below the market value of the Steam. This is due to an independent assessment of the value of the item. You always see the value of Your item in advance before making a transaction or in the list of items.
5.4. Minimum Transaction Amount. Minimum transaction Amount for Skins from CS:GO can be found on the page https://lis-skins.com/faq/ . Pay attention to the cost of your item before proceeding a transaction.
5.5. Transaction currency. You can choose a convenient currency and service to complete the transaction. Each service has its own characteristics and limitations, which You can see by choosing the appropriate service.
5.5.1. When choosing a UAH currency, the output to the card will be available to You.
5.5.2. When choosing a USD currency, you will have access to a card withdrawal, cryptocurrency wallet, Perfect Money
5.5.3. You can use a RUB currency. you will have access to Qiwi, Yandex, cryptocurrencies.
5.6. By making a transaction, you warrant that You are the Account Holder.
5.7. Transactions history. You can see the history of all Your transactions in Your Account.
5.8. Transaction terms. 6.2. LIS-SKINS.COM grants full cooperation to legal authorities investigating fraudulent transactions and other matters falling under legal jurisdiction and responds to subpoenas and court orders. For this reason Users may only use their own payment methods on Our websites.

7.2. I guarantee that I use only my own items\skins and have the full legal right to dispose of them.
7.3. I have read and accepted the full agreement on the use of the service.
7.4. I am the full owner of the account to which I withdraw funds.
7.5. I agree to follow the site’s rules regarding transaction security and follow the site’s instructions by accepting an exchange of skins.
7.6. I guarantee to use the site for legitimate purposes only in accordance with the rules set forth in this policy.
8. RESPONSIBILITY
8.1. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall LIS-SKINS.COM or any of its related, affiliated companies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the service, without prejudice of the established in the present clause.

15.2. Unless contrary to law or otherwise stated, each provision of these Terms shall survive termination.
15.3. If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect the enforceability of the other portions of these Terms.
15.4. The prevailing party in any suit to enforce the terms hereof shall be entitled to recover his/her/its reasonable attorneys' fees.
15.5. If LIS-SKINS.COM changes the terms of these Terms, LIS-SKINS.COM will post an updated set of terms and conditions on the website and/or will post a change notice and/or send Users an email notice of the changes in advance of implementing the changes.
