The new AGF line-up will include two former North players

The Danish AGF team announced a dramatic change in the lineup. They are largely due to the fact that its results in the first half of 2021 are hard to call impressive. AGF has never been successful outside of local qualifiers, with its most notable achievement being a top-5 finish at the Elisa Invitational Summer Regionals.

The squad will now be led by Rene «cajunb» Borg, who previously played for North. In February, his former team broke up, and from May cajunb was already unofficially collaborating with the AGF, replacing Lucas «Lukki» Pilheden, who took a break for medical reasons. However, his function in the team will now become more significant as he will take on the duties of an in-game leader.

Interestingly, another former North – player Kristoffer «Kristou» Aamand, who played for the team in the second half of 2020, will also join the updated AGF roster. He also managed to play a few games for Lyngby Vikings in 2021.

Another new AGF player will be Magnus «Nodios» Olsen, who transferred from Comenhagen Flames. In the latter, he has remained inactivated since May. The player attributes this to the fact that the team offered him unsuitable roles.

Thus, AGF completed the formation of a new roster. Two more cyber athletes (Kasper «Cabbi» Jensen and Magnus «fr0slev» Froslev) will remain from the previous roster.
