Albanian team BLINK announced the signing of Swiss cyber athlete Rigon «rigoN» Gashi. It thus completes the roster formation after Kujtim «gulito» Dharmishi announced his retirement from the team on Friday. BLINK is currently ranked 41st in the world rankings, but expects rigoN's participation to improve its chances of achieving its immediate goal – of entering the top 30. Darmishi, whose place will be taken by Rigon Gashi, was the most unproductive player in the team, so its management expects that now cyber athletes will be able to act more effectively and coherently.
Commenting on his move to BLINK for HLTV portal, rigoN mentioned that he received offers from many cyber sports organizations, but he refused them. RigoN has been without a team since December 2020, and has played in the FPL in mixed squads during that time. In addition, because the player didn't stay in previous organizations for long, and because of that, analysts began to question how well he was fundamentally capable of teamwork. However, rigoN insists that there will be no problems this time: he has played with two BLINK members before and believes that the players are very coordinated.
