German Sprout announced the second roster change in the past week: two days after Mark «kressy» Dordevic left the squad, coach Niklas «enkay J» Krumhorn, who had been with the team for two years, is also leaving.
Enkay J had been the team's coach since August 2019, when he replaced Tobias «tow b» Herberhold, who moved to BIG. Both rosters consisting of German players and international squads played under his guidance. Commenting on his departure as coach, Krumhorn spoke positively about his experience with the team: «It was an absolutely wonderful time, filled with a lot of great successes, but also a lot of crushing failures. I have so many great memories of so many different people that I will never forget».
Also enkay J emphasized that he still can not imagine life without CS: GO and is not going to leave professional sports. He is now ready to consider invitations from other organizations that would like to see him as head coach.
In Sprout itself, this leaves four people – three German cyber athletes and Danish Rasmus «raalz» Steensborg, who joined the team in August. According to insider Alexey «OverDrive» Biryukov, Sprout is considering bringing in a CIS player.
