Junior's leaving FURIA.

The FURIA cybersports organization announced Wednesday that Paytin «junior» Johnson has left its roster. The young American player spent about a year on its roster. However, he has been in reserve since June after the team decided to revert to an all-Brazilian lineup. He continued to play in North America in the second half of 2021, working with the Bad News Bears on loan.

The official departure of junior from the FURIA roster is seen by some analysts as another sign that the sniper may soon move to Complexity. Before that, it was announced that the new lineup of the latter may also include Michael «Grim» Wins and three cyber athletes from Extra Salt.

Playing for Bad News Bears, junior showed an average rating of 1.26, becoming the most successful player in this team for a long time. Over the past five months, Bad New Bears have won ESEA Cash Cups multiple times, as well as winning Fragadelphia 15 and qualifying for ESL Pro League Season 14.

In a statement of resignation junior FURIA thanked the player for his contribution to its development with the following words: «You have won your space, the hearts of Brazilians, and together with the team we have gone through many challenges. We thank you for your efforts and work and wish you all the success in the world in your life and career».
