The story of the investigation into the allegations made by Heroic against Nikolai «HUNDEN» Petersen has taken a new turn: at the end of the week, the latter published materials that can serve as evidence that not only he himself, but also other team members are involved in the use of the coaching bug. This was written by the Danish news portal TV2.dk, which covers this conflict in detail.
In particular, in the logs provided by HUNDEN there are conversations between the coach and Nikolai «niko» Christensen, allowing us to conclude that not only this player, but also other cyber athletes who were on the roster at the time, knew about the use of the bug. This fragment contains the following sentence on behalf of niko: «Everyone on our team knew it. Maybe not from the beginning. But more on that later. Everyone knew it».
Also among the materials are server logs from one of the matches held in March 2020, when HUNDEN also used the coaching bug. Based on these, it can be assumed that another Heroic player, Renee «TeSeS» Madsen helped HUNDEN activate the cheat at a point from which he could then observe the map. HUNDEN claims that it was only possible to take this position with the help of another player, and that at the time the bug was triggered, there was no one else on the server but TeSeS.
Heroic manager Joachim Haraldsen continues to deny HUNDEN's accusations. He felt that the coach should take responsibility because the materials he provided did not prove anything.
