A few days ago, the cybersports organization HellRaisers announced that it will disband its current Counter Strike roster and work on forming a new roster. Until recently, the team's coach was Lithuanian cybersport player Rustam «TsaGa» Tsagolov, under whom players such as Dmitry «ProbLeM» Martynov and Vadim «Flarich» Karetin played.
The decision came after a prolonged period of uncertainty: HellRaisers had been unable to find a fifth player for the European roster since February after the probationary period of Israeli cybersport player Guy «anarkez» Trachtman ended after just one month without resulting in a permanent contract. Several different players appeared in ESEA Premier in this position, in particular Kirill «Gospadarov» Gospadarov.
In an official statement about the disbanding of the roster, the head of the cyber sports organization Alex «Magician» Slabukhin said that the work on the selection of the new roster is already underway, and soon he will be able to give more details about the results of the search for players, as well as the specific reasons for the decision to re-form the team.
The last time the HellRaisers made a significant roster change was a year ago: in April 2020, they replaced four of the five players on the roster at that time. After that, the team managed to climb into the top 30 of the HLTV rankings, but by the end of the year, its results deteriorated.
