After the playoff match, in which FaZe defeated Natus Vincere, one of the European team players Finn «karrigan» Andersen gave an interview to HLTV portal, talking about the team's further plans and the approach that allows FaZe to remain one of the best teams in the world.
Commenting on their match against NAVI, karrigan noted that the CIS team is clearly not in the best position now because of the current events in the world. In addition, FaZe managed to somewhat surprise his opponent with his choice of cards and maintained control throughout the match. Nevertheless, NAVI players did not give up throughout the game, continued to fight and even in the last rounds could give the opponent a few unpleasant minutes.
Also karrigan said that the unsuccessful start at the championship in Katowice was a good shake-up for the team, which helped it to gather and build interaction between players, taking into account the fact that they had to play with a changed lineup: «I think one of the key moments… was our state of mind when we found out that we couldn't play with the full squad. At that point we didn't care, let things be as they were, we didn't know if jks would be able to play tomorrow, so we just tried to stay positive, whatever happens, and use the situation in our favor».
Speaking about the team's future plans, karrigan noted that it will not be easy to make it to the finals of the RMR tournament because of the large number of strong teams in the group, but he hopes to make it to the Legends stage and be in the majors
