Sweden's Dignitas announced earlier this week that they are putting their roster up for transfer. This decision was made by the leadership of the cyber sports organization after it failed to qualify for the PGL Major Atnwerp, having previously failed in the previous cycle.
The current roster of Dignitas includes both young players and those who have already made a name for themselves on the professional scene. Some of them have been with the team for more than two years: Patrick «f0rest» Lindberg, Adam «friberg» Friberg and Hakon «hallzerk» Fjaerli signed with the team in February 2020. The team's results over the past two years have been average: most of the time it has been outside the top 20 of the world rankings, and its most notable achievement has been winning two seasons of the Nordic Masters, which serves as a qualifier for the BLAST series.
At the same time, Dignitas announced that the future roster may include some of the players currently on the roster. However, the decision was made to make all players available for transfer to, as indicated in the organization's official statement, «give each player a fair opportunity to find the right fit for him».
