On the second map (Inferno) Copenhagen Flames showed the difference in class between the teams to the fullest, and the winners were able to keep it with a twofold advantage (16 – 8).
To reach the final, Copenhagen Flames needed to defeat strong competitors such as AVE and Dignitas, and also beat MAD Lions in the quarterfinals.
