Irish cybersports organization Coalesce has announced the recruitment of a new roster. The team will be made up of mostly Swedish players. This was announced by Coalesce management in a tweet. The team was previously championed by the British Roster, which was disbanded at the end of 2021.
Coalesce was created in August 2021 when six British organizations decided to pool their resources to form a roster that could compete at a high level. However, it has not been possible to fully achieve the objectives. The new roster will include several players who have already made a name for themselves. These include former fnatic sniper Jack «Jackinho» Strom Mattson and Peer «sausol» Solsona Saumell, who used to play for the MAD Lions. They will also be joined by Thomas «Thomas» Utting, formerly of Endpoint, Tim «Mann3n» Isak of Young Ninjas and Robin «robiin» Sjorgen of Finest.
Mihajlo «feedme» Petrovic will be the coach of the team. In his commentary, he talked about his approach to building the squad: first he decided on an ingame leader, then decided to bring in Jackinho as one of the best snipers, as well as the highly experienced Thomas. These three formed the core of the team, which was supplemented by two more promising cyber athletes.
