According to information published on the information portal Jaxon.gg, Astralis is currently looking for transfer opportunities for Lucas «Bubzkji» Andersen and has offered the player to other cybersport organizations several times during the last month.
Rumors that Bubzkji will not stay with the Danish team for a long time have arisen several times. They were first prompted by reports in September that Christian «k0nfig» Wieneke might move to the Astralis, and then by the fact that Andersen was not on the main roster in a bid to the majors.
Bubzkji joined the Astralis in July 2020, but never acquired a permanent spot in the Astralis. He has been back and forth between leaving the active roster and rejoining it, and only at four major events out of the 14 he has participated in has he managed to post a rating above 1.00. One of the most successful episodes in his career was Astralis' recent performance at IEM Fall. The player showed good statistics, and largely thanks to his efforts the team managed to get into the top 4 at IEM Fall and qualify for the majors.
It remains unclear what the Astralis roster will be in the end: so far only Lukas «gla1ve» Rossander and Andres «Xyp9x» Hoyslet have renewed their contracts with the cyber sports organization.
