The organizers of the Exeedme Revolution tournament have announced the final roster for the final round. It is scheduled to begin on December 2 after the closed qualifying phase is completed. First, the group stage will take place, with 16 teams qualifying. The top two in each group will advance to the playoffs, which will be played in a best-of-3 format. The champion will be determined at the grand final on December 5.
The 16 teams that passed the qualifying stage are divided into four groups. They will play in the GSL format. Among the participants are – teams from the top hundred of the world ranking, in particular, Russian forZe, Chinese Lynn Vision, Brazilian Sharks, Turkish Eternal Fire and European Endpoint. A wide variety of countries and regions are represented at the tournament.
A distinctive feature of this tournament is how the prize pool is determined. In addition to the fixed portion, it also includes an amount that is raised through a crowdfunding campaign. For example, the first place team will receive $21,250 and 50% of what is raised through crowdfunding. The fund is distributed in a similar way for all other teams – . All 16 participants of the main stage will receive some amount of prize money. In addition, fans of the teams will be able to purchase NFT player cards during the tournament.
